    I bought an Invicta watch a few months ago and the bezel insert just fell out. Calling Invicta was a lesson in futuility as they wanted 15.00 to repair their poor workmanship after about 100 days of use. Seemmed like a good deal at the time but HORRIBLE customer service.

    watch was beautiful but too large…….there were not enough adjustments on the stainless steel band to even come close to being wearable or I would have kept the watch.
